1. Delivery area
We currently ship orders only to serviceable addresses within India. We do not accept international orders or ship to addresses outside India at this time. Delivery availability may depend on carrier coverage for your PIN code.
2. Shipping origin
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Our registered business correspondence address is listed on our Contact Us page and may differ from the dispatch location. Please do not send products to either address without written authorization from support.
3. Preorder dispatch schedule
Estimated dispatch: October–November 2026. Timing may change as production progresses. We’ll email you with updates and confirm dispatch when your Sudo is ready. Founder orders will be dispatched in batches after production and quality checks. October–November is our current target window, not a guaranteed shipping or delivery deadline. We will communicate any revised estimate by email. Reserve-plan orders must be paid in full before dispatch; the balance payment date will be confirmed separately after launch.
A preorder dispatch date is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Hardware production, quality checks, component availability, or events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. If a material delay occurs, we will send an update to the email provided with the order.
4. Regular-order processing
For products shown as in stock after the preorder batch, the processing or dispatch estimate displayed at checkout or in your order confirmation applies. Orders are subject to payment confirmation, availability, address verification, and quality checks before dispatch.
5. Delivery estimate
After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Working days exclude Sundays and public or carrier holidays. Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.
6. Shipping charges and tracking
Standard shipping within India is provided at no additional charge unless a different charge is clearly displayed before payment. Where available, tracking details will be sent to the email address or telephone number associated with the order after the carrier accepts the shipment.
7. Delivery information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, telephone number, address, landmark where helpful, and PIN code. Contact support@presencelabs.in as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after packing or dispatch.
If a shipment is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was repeatedly refused or missed, or the recipient could not be reached, we may require payment of the actual re-dispatch cost even if the original standard shipment was free.
8. Delays
Delivery may be delayed by carrier disruption, severe weather, public restrictions, strikes, regional service limitations, incorrect delivery details, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries, but we are not responsible for delay caused solely by the carrier or such external events, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Lost, marked-delivered, or damaged shipments
Review tracking promptly and inspect the package at delivery. If a package appears visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening it and, where practical, note the damage with the delivery agent.
Report a package that is lost before delivery, marked delivered but not received, or damaged in transit to support@presencelabs.in within 48 hours of the delivery scan, expected delivery event, or actual receipt, as applicable. Include your order number, tracking details, photographs or video, a description of the issue, and the original packaging for inspection.
We will assist with a reasonable carrier investigation. Carrier scan records, delivery confirmation, and the evidence supplied will be used to assess the claim. For an accepted claim, Presence Labs may choose to repair or replace the product or issue an appropriate refund, subject to availability and applicable law. Theft, loss, or damage after confirmed delivery and acceptance is the customer’s responsibility unless caused by us or otherwise required by law.
10. Title and risk
Risk passes to you when the shipment is recorded as delivered to the address provided or accepted by you or your authorized recipient. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Related policies
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for cancellation, defect, replacement, and refund rules, including the six-month limited manufacturing warranty.
